The BusinesSuites receptionist is located in the lobby area where he/she can greet your visitors and answer your incoming calls. We answer your incoming calls with your company name, whether you are a virtual office or office client.

Our exterior office suites have beautiful views. Every executive office is equipped with phone service, internet access and furniture.
Conference Room
Our exterior conference room is set up to accommodate 8-10 people. We provide a conference room phone and WIFI service for every meeting. Both office clients and virtual office clients have access to the conference rooms.

Lounge Area
Our lounge area is a great place to take a coffee break, catch the latest news and network with other professionals who office in our executive office suites. Nearby is our work room where you can make copies, faxes, send scans, and print off documents.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen is stocked with great coffee and snacks available to you and your clients. The BusinesSuites staff manages this area and keeps it clean and stocked at all times.
Conference Room
Our interior conference room is set up to accommodate 8 people. We provide a LCD projector, conference room phone and WIFI service for every meeting.

Meet the Manager
Yanett Bentley
Yanett believes her primary responsibility as manager of her Sugar Land executive suite is to provide a professional office environment where her clients can be successful. Prior to managing Sugar Land office space, Yanett had a career with a multi-national retail firm where she managed a call center which was awarded the Best Customer Service Award under her leadership. Having previously been involved in a franchised family business, Yanett also understands the challenges of starting, growing, and operating a small company or satellite office.
